The concept reinterprets the ancient principles of the hortus conclusus and the Garden of Eden, which have a symbolic meaning in various religions. Among other things, this garden is the source of life and plants, referring to the texts in the Song of Songs aTTbout the Hortus Conclusus. There is a paradise of plant species and in spring thousands of tulips and other bulbous plants bloom. The garden also functions as a 'plant laboratory' for us: it is the ideal place to test unknown species or to see how known species develop with the challenges of the climate.
